5-8: Touch left to side, together (repeat)
9-12: Touch right toe behind, together (repeat)
13-16: Touch left toe behind, together (repeat)

21-24: Hitch left knee up, together (repeat)
25-28: Hitch right knee up, together, hitch left knee up, together
